My F1 Dream

This afternoon, I had the chance to see the F1 Aston Martin car up close in Xinyi District in Taipei, and it felt so unreal and cool! Watching crowds gather around, cameras flashing, and little kids posing in front of the car, I couldn't help but imagine something bigger. What if the F1 Grand Prix came to Taiwan one day? I pictured the streets of Taichung transformed into a Grand Prix circuit, the engines of my favorite F1 drivers roaring through the city, and the world watching as our island became a new center for innovation and racecar lovers. 

I've always wanted to go watch F1 sometime before graduating from high school, either in Shanghai or Singapore. And my passion towards F1 is why I'm planning to launch a website dedicated to spreading awareness about F1 and the racing culture in Taiwan. Through the website, I'll also design and sell my own merch, with half of the profits going toward fundraising for my nonprofit Education Across Borders and the other half toward one day having F1 hosted in Taiwan.
