My First Art Exhibition!!

 My First Art Exhibition!!

As most of you know already, I took an architecture class last year in school and LOVED it!! So this year, I decided to take the AP 3D class to continue my passion for creating and building art!

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to showcase one of my AP 3D artworks in our school's "Everything Is... Art!" exhibition. Walking in the school hallway and seeing my piece displayed among so many creative works from my classmates felt surreal!

The piece I exhibited will be part of my AP 3D portfolio, and it is titled Undecided. With this piece, I used shards of plexiglass to build a tower in order to showcase the conflicting and chaotic feelings that many who are suffering from mental health illnesses may have to endure.

What made the experience even more meaningful was watching people stop and interact with the artworks, asking questions and sharing interpretations that I hadn't even noticed myself. It reminded me why I love art in the first place: it's a conversation without words, and everything is possible.

This amazing exhibition wasn't just about displaying our artworks but about celebrating creativity and the effort behind every sketch and sculpture. Stay tuned for more of my artworks throughout the year!!
